Premium holiday home letting agency, Lakelovers, wanted a digital strategy to drive bookings all year round, reducing its reliance on seasonal booking periods. We analysed search queries with the highest CTR and implemented changes on their new site to optimise towards these, as well as migrating the site successfully so that no traffic or visibility was lost. Our Digital PR & Outreach team worked to secure high-quality, SEO-rich content within luxury travel and lifestyle publications to improve rankings for core terms such as ‘Lake District Cottages with Hot Tubs’.

Through extensive analysis of past booking data and behaviour, we found that the traffic being driven to the Lakelovers’ site through PPC was taking a more considered approach than the average cottage booker. We used this data and analysis to implement a full account restructure, filtering budgets into more granular areas which focused on differing intent levels. Overall, our focus on a revenue-driving strategy has led to a 11% increase in overall online revenue.
