So, this role would suit a digital enthusiast who is ready to put what they’ve learnt into action, developing an easy rapport with clients and play a part in curating strategies which have a real impact on our clients’ business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Directly support senior CS team members on day-to-day communications with clients, including:
    • Supporting and taking notes on calls, translating these into actions
    • Creating and updating an activity schedule for each client
    • Liaising directly with production teams to ensure required activities are completed on time and to standard
    • Monitoring communications with clients and ensuring all messages are replied to within a standard timeframe
    • Reviewing reports and deliverables for accuracy and clarity
  • Effectively briefing in production teams for client campaigns to ensure client KPIs are hit and deadlines are met, as well as ensuring activity feeds into wider business and marketing objectives.
  • Begin developing client relationships with our main points of contact; identifying how you can add value to each interaction and making a point to grow your own knowledge of each of your clients’ businesses and how we fit into their overall marketing plan.
  • Begin to develop ownership over your accounts by starting to develop strategies for clients, with the support of the senior team.
  • Develop your own knowledge of digital marketing; learn how to put together a strategy across multiple channels for a client and communicate this back effectively.

About you:

  • You’ll have at least one years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency, working in either an executive role or as an intern.
  • You’ll be a highly organised individual; able to manage multiple tasks at once, plan ahead, and prioritise to manage multiple deadlines.
  • You’ll have strong communication skills; you can hold your own in any conversation and your natural inquisitiveness enables you to deepen your understanding of others.
  • You’ll be a keen self-starter, eager to absorb, learn from, and improve on the experience of others in the team.
