Data & UX Analyst

Apply

Are you someone who loves figuring out how websites tick? Maybe you’ve dabbled in JavaScript tutorials, built a personal site just for fun, or you’re already working in an emerging data or web role and keen to deepen your skills. Either way, if you’re naturally curious, technically minded, and love solving problems, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone to join our growing Data & UX team – someone who’s excited to learn and grow into a role that supports UX and data-led projects for the exciting brands we work with. You don’t need a degree in computer science or years of experience, what matters most is the mindset: curious, proactive, and eager to develop.

Whether you’re just starting out or already have some hands-on experience, you’ll be supported with training and real project exposure from day one.

About you

Ultimately, we’re looking for an eagerness to learn, an interest in how the web works, and a “let me figure that out” kind of attitude.

We welcome applicants from different backgrounds – whether you’re self-taught, a recent grad, or already working in an entry-level digital/data/UX role and looking to grow. If some of these things resonate, you’ll likely be a great fit:

  • Basic understanding of how websites work (what HTML/JS/CSS actually do)
  • Maybe you’ve played with JavaScript or built a personal website (even if it was just for fun)
  • You like solving problems and figuring stuff out
  • You’re organised and like understanding why something works (or doesn’t)
  • A general awareness of digital marketing is a plus (PPC, SEO, social) but definitely not essential
  • You’re excited to learn a lot – and fast!

What you’ll actually do

You won’t be expected to hit the ground running, but you will be given the tools, training, and support to grow quickly. You’ll work closely with our Data & UX experts to:

  • Help implement marketing tracking systems (like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.)
  • Turn designs for A/B tests into real web experiments using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Assist with wrangling data into clear insights for clients – think dashboards, reporting tools, and cool visualisations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues – whether it’s a weird tag not firing or a client CRM being stubborn
  • Spot small ways to improve things – on a website, in a process, or for a customer’s experience
  • Learn to write custom code snippets to track how users interact with websites
  • Document what you’ve done and communicate it clearly to clients or developers

What we’ll offer you:

  • Structured training to build your technical skills – with plenty of hands-on support
  • Exposure to real client projects from day one (in a supported way)
  • Opportunities to learn across digital marketing channels, from paid media to SEO
  • A chance to be part of a growing, forward-thinking agency where your ideas are valued
  • A down-to-earth, friendly team who love sharing knowledge (and snacks)
  • Hybrid working – and a lovely Leeds office on the canal when you fancy a change of scenery

Benefits & perks:

  • You’ll work a 4.5 day working week with flexible hours and a hybrid approach to location, with just one day required in the office each week. Our office shuts every Thursday morning until 1 pm to ensure a healthy work / life balance for our team.
  • We increase your annual leave with length of service, up to 25 days of annual leave, with an office shutdown over Christmas, so you never have to use your holiday days, as well as your birthday off for free.
  • We offer enhanced maternity and paternity packages, and we’re always happy to discuss part time working to make space for both work and family life.
  • We have a dedicated training & development budget, open to anyone on our team, and monthly knowledge shares for regular cross team learning.
  • Employee reward and recognition is hugely important to us; we have a monthly employee recognition programme and alongside this, all managers have monthly budgets to spend on appreciating their teams and rewarding excellent work.
  • We have a collaborative office space in the heart of Leeds which is dog-friendly and just a 10-minute walk from the train station.
  • Further benefits include a bonus scheme, a client referral scheme, employee referral scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, work anniversary meals on us, endless free ice-creams, frequent optional socials which you pick, monthly prizes and much more!

Application process

Our application process is as short as we can keep it with 2 different interviews.

  1. Our 1st stage is an informal chat on the phone where we can get to know you a bit and you are free to ask us any questions about the role. If successful at this point, we will set you a task to demonstrate your analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
  2. The 2nd stage is a face-to-face meeting either online or in person where you can present your task and see our office space.
  3. The final stage is an official offer!

We will respond to successful applicants within two weeks of receiving your application.
